Smoked Cheek Pickled Egg

WOW WOW Sauce created by William Kitchiner from his book The Cook’s Oracle in 1817. Our version has Beef Stock, Horseradish, Gherkins, Pickled Walnuts, Capers, Brown Mustard, Onions, Brown Ale, Dill and on today with some stunning Aged Rump Cap

It’s FINALLY getting warmer so switched up the Deep Fried Pot Pie, Butternut Squash, Smoked Garlic and Sage Honey, Scamorza
